Troag Foscarini

The Troag suspension light was designed by Luca Nichetto in 2010 and is directly inspired by a canoe-shaped wooden bowl that is traditionally found in Swedish homes. The suspension is made from hot curved multilayered wood which is styled to give a natural and dynamic look. The light source sits in the bottom, concealed by a PMMA diffuser which helps to create a warm, steady glow that is diffused throughout the room.
