Antonio Citterio has created a family of tables : Multiplo.This project's unique charachter lies in the concept that you can give tables a completely different appearance by simply changing the colour and pattern of their surface.The stucture beneath is made from plastic with different bases ,and the top itself is formed from extremely sleek ceramic.The table's leg are constructed using thermoplastic technopolymer that has been moulded to bear the table's weight, while the ceramic top is mass-coloured or features a marble effect.From the minimalist to the decorative ,from pop art to more elegant designs,from bourgeois dining table to the perfect bar tables for contract furniture, Multiplo bears witness to this eclectic and versatile spirit.
